We believe in being upfront about costs. Here is everything you need to know about Wellesley’s fees, with flexible payment options to suit your family.
2026 Annual tuition fees
Junior School (Years 0-4): $23,212 per year/$5803 per term
Middle School (Years 5-6): $23,212 per year/$5803 per term
Senior School (Years 7-8): $24,656 per year/$6164 per term
All fees are GST inclusive. Second child onwards receives a 10% discount on tuition. Additional fees include building levy ($824/year) and Parents’ Association contribution ($48/year per family).
Bus transport: $270-$783 per term depending on location.
Other fees & costs
Application fee: $100 (when applying to enrol).
Confirmation fee: $300 (year before starting, non-refundable).
Family bond: $1,500 (refundable when your youngest leaves).
Year 8 Leaver’s fee: $75/term extra for dinner, tie, yearbook, and leavers’ sweatshirt.

Making payments work for you
We invoice fees at the start of each term, with payment due by the 20th of the following month – giving you time to plan. Want to save? Pay the full year’s tuition before 1 February and enjoy a 1.75% discount.
We know every family budgets differently, so automatic payments can be arranged to spread costs throughout the year. Just chat with our accounts office. Please note we need one term’s written notice if you are leaving us, and a small late fee applies to overdue accounts.
