We are delighted you are considering Wellesley for your son. Whether you are ready to take the plunge or just dipping your toes in, we are here to guide you through every step of this exciting journey.
Our enrolment process
Give us a ring, drop us an email, or pop in for a chat. Our enrolments team loves answering questions, sharing stories about school life, and arranging tours. There is no such thing as a silly question.
Nothing beats seeing Wellesley in action. Join one of our Open Days or book a personal tour. Watch the boys in their element, feel the energy of our classrooms, and breathe in that spectacular sea air.
Ready to join us? Complete our enrolment form and submit it with a $100 application fee. This gives us all the information we need to get to know your son and your family.
Once your application is in, we will arrange a relaxed meeting with our Principal, Michael Bain. It is a chance for us to connect, for your son to ask questions, and to make sure we are the right fit for each other.
After our meeting, we will be in touch to confirm your son’s place and provide everything you need for Day One. After the meeting, we will confirm your son’s place upon payment of a $300 confirmation fee.

Can’t make an Open Day? We will arrange a personal tour tailored to your son’s interests, with time to meet teachers and explore our specialist rooms.
School Readiness Programme
We help boys transition smoothly into Year 1 with short introductory sessions that build confidence and friendships before their first day.
Scholarships
We believe every boy deserves the chance to discover his best. Our Wellesley Foundation scholarships support boys entering Year 7 whose families would not ordinarily be able to access the Wellesley education for their son. These scholarships cover tuition, camps, uniform, a BYO device and budget for extras for two years – because we want these boys to seize every opportunity Wellesley offers.
Fees
Fees are calculated based on four terms per year with term fees in 2025 being $5,607 (Years 1-6) per term and $5,870 (Years 7-8) per term. We are transparent about costs and offer flexible payment options to help families manage. Sibling discounts are available, and our finance team is always happy to discuss what works for you.
